What the free check covers
The free check reviews translation you already have. We don’t translate text as part of it.
- Up to 300 source words of AI or MT output, with its source text. For Chinese, Japanese, and Korean source text, we confirm the equivalent length by email.
- One listed language pair, with English or Arabic on one side
- Checks by our AI agents, with every finding reviewed by a native linguist for your language pair
- One free check per company, requested from a company email address
Our languages are Arabic, French, German, Spanish (Spain), Latin American Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Turkish. Every language is offered to and from English, and each of the others can also be paired with Arabic, in both directions. For other pairs, request a quote. See all language pairs.

What to send
- The source text and the AI or MT output, pasted side by side or uploaded as an aligned bilingual file
- The name of the AI or MT tool that produced it
- The content type, such as help-center articles or product descriptions
- Your company website and work email
- Your approximate monthly volume, so we can recommend a service level
Content is processed only through business AI services whose terms bar training on it. Please don’t include personal data.

If the findings are useful, the next step is a sample on your own file, at the service level we propose, with that level’s deliverables. Programs usually continue with a pilot on real work, then a monthly contract. A sample tests a defined part of your content. A pilot tests delivery under real working conditions. Before either starts, we agree the scope, deliverables, timing, and any charge. Your quote confirms whether the work is a one-off project or part of an ongoing program.
