The product, the client, the instructions, and the job are fictional, and the translation was produced for this page. Your own translation quality report covers your content and your rules.

Issue counts
These are the issues found in the AI translation during the cycle. All 10 were fixed before delivery. Query Q1 remains open but does not block delivery: the article covers the web app, and the client contact approved the web-app label. Four of the 14 segments had no issues (S09, S11, S12, and S13). The final review then checked the delivered file against the acceptance level. In a real report, any issue found at that stage is listed separately, with its own counts. We wrote the example so that it shows every category.

Issue log
Each row shows the AI translation as it was before the fix, the correction we delivered, and the reason. The Note says which step or check found the issue. Issues found in step 5 had been missed in the first edit: step 5 exists to catch what a single post-editor can miss. Preferences are logged too, but they are not issues and are not counted.

What this example leaves out
A full report also states how any sample was drawn and how large it was. At AI + Edit + Review the whole file is assessed, so this example has no sample. It shows pass-or-fail results but no scores, because scores would describe invented work. In your own reports, the figures describe your content only.
